Stainless Steel Hydraulic Ram

Our stainless steel hydraulic ram is made from 304 or 316L stainless steel for the main body, providing full corrosion resistance. It is suitable for pharmaceutical, food processing, marine, and chemical equipment applications.

The rated pressure ranges from 10 to 16 MPa, and can be customized up to 21 MPa. Bore sizes range from 32 to 250 mm. For stroke length, the tie-rod type can reach up to 4000 mm, while the welded type can reach up to 6000 mm.

This stainless steel hydraulic ram offers flexible configuration options. The rod can be made of stainless steel with hard chrome plating, or optionally with a ceramic coating for improved surface hardness and wear resistance.

The seals comply with FDA standards and are made of polyurethane or FKM. They are non-toxic, with no material leaching.

We offer two structural designs: welded and tie-rod types. The welded type is designed for heavy loads and shock conditions in corrosive environments, such as seafood processing presses and boat steering systems. The tie-rod type is easier to disassemble and clean, making it suitable for cleanroom environments such as pharmaceutical mixing machines and sterile filling equipment.

All external bolts are made of stainless steel. This hydraulic ram performs reliably in wet environments.

We support full customization, including port type, mounting flange, and extended guide designs. Electro-polishing is available as an optional surface treatment to reduce material adhesion and improve cleanliness.

This cylinder is ideal for outdoor and coastal applications with high salt exposure. Standard steel cylinders are prone to rust, while our stainless steel hydraulic ram significantly extends service life in such conditions.

We have supplied equipment to companies such as Xinxing Ductile Iron, whose machinery operates in highly humid environments. Our stainless steel ram performs reliably under similar conditions. Each product is fully inspected before packaging in our factory.
