Hydraulic Cylinder Welded Double Acting

Our welded double-acting hydraulic cylinder is a standard full-power bidirectional cylinder. It is equipped with ports on both the cap end and the rod end.

Oil pressure applied to one side extends the piston rod, while oil pressure applied to the opposite side retracts it. This provides controlled power in both directions and highly flexible motion control.

The cylinder body uses a fully welded structure with no tie rods, making it suitable for heavy loads and frequent reciprocating operation.

The rated pressure ranges from 16 to 25 MPa, with customization available up to 31.5 MPa. Bore sizes range from 50 to 500 mm, and the maximum stroke can reach 6000 mm.

This welded double-acting hydraulic cylinder delivers strong and stable output force.

Compared with single-acting cylinders, double-acting cylinders do not rely on external force or springs for retraction. This allows full hydraulic control in both directions.

The cylinder can stop and hold loads at any position along the stroke, providing precise positioning control.

We offer multiple buffering configurations, including adjustable and fixed buffers. For high-speed applications, buffers help reduce impact at the end of stroke and improve system durability.

The rod end can be configured with external threads, internal threads, or flange connections depending on installation requirements.

The sealing system uses double guide rings combined with Glyd rings and Step seals, ensuring low starting pressure and minimal internal leakage.

Typical applications include injection molding machine ejector systems, press main cylinders, and shield machine propulsion systems.
