Core Component – High-Strength Alloy Construction
Our welded rod cylinder is a specialized product focused on the piston rod assembly. The rod is the core moving component of a hydraulic cylinder, and its quality directly determines service life and performance.
We use forged 40Cr or 42CrMo alloy steel blanks, followed by heat treatment, induction hardening, hard chrome plating, and precision polishing.
The surface hardness reaches ≥ HRC55. Chrome layer thickness ranges from 20 to 50 microns, and surface roughness is controlled at ≤ Ra 0.1 μm.
This ensures a highly smooth surface with excellent wear resistance and durability.
Threaded or Integral Design – Flexible Options
The rod and piston can be connected via threaded assembly or manufactured as a one-piece integral structure, depending on application requirements.
The piston guide ring is made from high-strength phenolic resin or copper alloy, ensuring stability under heavy load conditions.
The working pressure can reach up to 31.5 MPa, with strong resistance to lateral forces.
Rod end options include external thread, internal thread, flange, or U-joint, and all products can be manufactured according to customer drawings.
