Strong and Safe – Stable Support for Mobile Equipment
Our hydraulic outrigger cylinders are designed for mobile machinery such as truck cranes, concrete pump trucks, and aerial work platforms. These applications require strong support legs, reliable load holding, and resistance to impact and shock loads.
The cylinder features a fully welded structure. The rated working pressure is 25 MPa. Bore sizes range from 80 to 200 mm, and stroke lengths range from 300 to 800 mm (customizable). The piston rod is hard chrome plated with a minimum thickness of 30 μm, providing strong resistance to wear from sand and dust.
The key safety feature is an integrated hydraulic locking system or an external shut-off valve. Counterbalance valves are used to prevent accidental retraction of the outrigger in case of pressure loss, ensuring safe operation at all times.
Self-Leveling Foot – Adaptable to Uneven Ground
The support end can be equipped with a swivel joint to accommodate uneven terrain. We offer multiple foot configurations, including a large round base plate to reduce ground sinking, a hinged foot for angled contact surfaces, and a mechanical locking sleeve type for long-term fixed support.
Sealing elements use imported polyurethane materials combined with double dust rings to effectively prevent contamination from mud and dust.
Typical applications include garbage transfer trucks for lifting and stabilization, as well as radar and leveling systems. This hydraulic outrigger cylinder ensures stable and reliable machine support.
Engineering Support – Proven in Export Applications
We support customized port orientations and integrated valve groups. Free buckling and stability analysis is provided to ensure safe operation under maximum side-load conditions, eliminating the risk of structural failure.
We have supplied equipment to CIMC, where our hydraulic outrigger cylinders are used in mixer trucks and tank trucks exported to Mexico. Our products have proven reliable in overseas applications.
