All-in-One Design – Space Saving
Our small hydraulic system integrates the DC motor, pump, valve block, and tank into one compact unit. It is lightweight and space-saving, making it ideal for equipment with limited installation space. The system operates on 12V or 24V DC power. Motor power ranges from 0.75kW to 4.0kW. The no-load flow is 0.8 to 5 L/min, and the pressure ranges from 16 to 20 MPa. It provides stable hydraulic power for a variety of tools.
Fewer Pipes – Reduced Risk of Leaks
The valve block is our core strength. We integrate the directional valve, relief valve, and check valve onto a single steel plate, reducing the need for external piping. Fewer pipes mean fewer potential leak points. This makes the small hydraulic system more reliable and easier to maintain. Tank capacity ranges from 1.5L to 20L, with options in carbon steel or stainless steel. Stainless steel is better suited for wet or corrosive environments. We have supplied systems to Midea and Gree for their production lines.
Easy Control – Fast Delivery
The system supports manual, solenoid, and wireless remote control. The hydraulic circuit can be configured as single- or double-acting. This small hydraulic system is suitable for small lift platforms, agricultural tipper trailers, wing trucks, pullers, and cutters. Our factory covers over 2,000㎡ and has a team of 10 workers. Common power configurations are kept in stock for fast delivery. We can customize the valve block and port layout according to your drawings. Third-party inspection is accepted. Samples are available under agreed terms.
