Designed for Extreme Loads – Eliminating Structural Weak Points

 

Our heavy-duty welded hydraulic cylinder is designed for applications involving extremely high loads and severe shock conditions. The barrel and end caps feature full-penetration welds. The welded structure eliminates tie rods, removing potential stress concentration points and improving fatigue resistance compared to conventional tie rod cylinders.

The rated working pressure ranges from 25 to 31.5 MPa, with bore sizes from 100 to 500 mm. Maximum stroke can exceed 6 meters. The piston rod diameter is carefully matched with the bore size to ensure excellent resistance to side loads.

This heavy-duty welded hydraulic cylinder incorporates a reinforced guiding structure, with a guide length of at least 0.8 times the bore diameter for improved stability under heavy loading conditions.

High Wear Resistance – Built for Harsh Environments

 

The piston rod is hard chrome plated with a minimum thickness of 40 μm. Ceramic spray coating is also available for enhanced wear and corrosion resistance.

The sealing system uses imported polyurethane main seals, double dust rings, and buffer seals, providing reliable performance in environments with mud, dust, and heavy contamination.

Typical applications include excavator boom and arm cylinders, garbage compactor main push cylinders, coal mine hydraulic supports, and port crane luffing cylinders. This cylinder is designed for continuous operation in demanding environments.

Structural Verification – Finite Element Analysis Available

 

Custom clevis dimensions, anti-corrosion coatings, and external position sensors are available upon request. For high-impact applications, a one-piece forged piston rod can be used to further improve structural strength.

We provide finite element analysis (FEA) reports to verify structural integrity, demonstrating that the cylinder will not experience permanent deformation at 1.5 times the rated pressure.

We have supplied equipment to Zoomlion for excavator applications, as well as to manufacturers of bridge construction machinery and die casting equipment. Our factory has over 2,000 m² of production space and a skilled production team. Each product is fully inspected before shipment, and we provide a 12-month warranty.
