Welded Rod Cylinders

Our welded rod cylinders are designed for applications where standard products cannot meet the requirements. If you have special port configurations, dimensions, or operating conditions, we can customize the cylinder accordingly.

The customization range is very wide. Bore sizes range from 50 to 500 mm, working pressure can reach up to 31.5 MPa, and maximum stroke can extend to 6 meters or more if required.

This welded rod cylinder allows extensive customization of key components. You can select clevis width, pin hole dimensions, and bushing materials. Bushing options include copper alloy or steel self-lubricating types.

Port position, angle, and thread type can be fully customized. Thread standards include metric, imperial, and US specifications. Buffering options include front, rear, or double-end cushioning.

The rod end can be designed with external threads, internal threads, or flange connections. The sealing system can be selected for high temperature, low temperature, water-based media, or special fluids such as phosphate ester or water glycol. This welded rod cylinder is suitable for a wide range of specialized applications.

We also support integrated designs, allowing position sensors, pressure sensors, or hydraulic locking systems to be installed directly on the cylinder body.

Typical applications include non-standard presses, shield tunneling machine thrust cylinders, and large gate opening systems, all of which require highly customized solutions.

Simply provide your working conditions or a hand-drawn sketch, and we will supply a force analysis report and a 3D model for your design validation. Samples can also be provided for on-machine testing.

Our factory has over seven years of manufacturing experience, with strict quality inspection at every production stage. Each welded rod cylinder is fully inspected before shipment. We provide a 12-month warranty and support third-party inspections.
