Strong Core – Reliable in Dust and Vibration
The DC motor operates at 12V or 24V, with power ranging from 0.75kW to 4.0kW. The no-load flow is 0.8 to 5 L/min, and the maximum pressure reaches 20 MPa. This manual hydraulic power unit performs lifting, tilting, pressing, and opening operations with high precision. We have supplied valve assemblies for Zoomlion's sugarcane machines and balers, which operate in dusty and high-vibration environments. The valve block can be configured as single- or double-acting, with manual or solenoid control. Relief and pressure-holding functions are also available.
Ideal for Trucks – Fully Tested Before Delivery
The wireless remote is well suited for garbage trucks, snow plows, and dump trucks, allowing the operator to step out of the vehicle and control the system safely. The manual hydraulic power unit features a protective coating that resists rust and vibration. Our factory has dedicated quality inspectors, and each unit is tested before packaging.
