Our lightweight hydraulic power units are designed for applications where weight is critical. They are compact and lightweight, while maintaining strong output performance. The core configuration is similar to our standard units, using a high-quality DC motor. Voltage options include 12V and 24V, with power ranging from 0.75kW to 4.0kW. The motor is directly connected to the pump, providing high starting torque and efficient performance.
Reduced Weight – Lower Risk of Leaks
We use an integrated valve block design, combining the directional valve, relief valve, and check valve onto a single pump cover. This replaces traditional piping systems, reducing overall weight and minimizing potential leak points. The no-load flow ranges from 0.8 to 5 L/min, and the maximum pressure reaches 20 MPa. This lightweight hydraulic power unit can drive a wide range of small hydraulic tools. Tank capacity ranges from 1.5L to 20L. Choosing a smaller tank helps reduce weight for short-duration tasks.
Reliable in Various Environments – Ready to Use
The unit can be controlled via a manual switch, wireless remote, or PLC signal. The hydraulic circuit can be configured as single- or double-acting. This lightweight hydraulic power unit is suitable for portable pullers, small presses, lift platforms, light-duty tipper trailers, and agricultural systems. We have supplied units for bridge construction machinery and environmental equipment, with exports to India, Indonesia, and Kazakhstan.
