Heavy-duty Tie Rod Hydraulic Cylinder

Our heavy-duty tie rod hydraulic cylinder is designed for high-load, high-cycle industrial applications. It uses four high-strength alloy steel tie rods to securely connect the front cap, rear cap, and cylinder tube. The structure is compact and offers excellent resistance to side loads.

Working pressure ranges from 16 to 25 MPa. Bore sizes range from 63 mm to 320 mm, with a maximum stroke of up to 2500 mm. One of the key advantages of this heavy-duty tie rod hydraulic cylinder is easy maintenance. Seal replacement can be carried out on-site without fully disassembling the cylinder, significantly reducing machine downtime.

The piston rod is treated with hard chrome plating, providing high surface hardness and excellent wear resistance. Mounting options comply with ISO 6022 standards, including flange, clevis, and foot-mounted configurations.

This heavy-duty tie rod hydraulic cylinder is widely used for rolling force adjustment in steel mills, clamping systems in large machine tools, and heavy lifting applications in automotive production lines. Compared with welded cylinders, the tie rod structure is easier to disassemble and maintain, making it ideal for continuous production environments.
