The cylinder barrel is made from precision cold-drawn tubing, with an internal surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.4 μm, ensuring a highly smooth finish. We use imported seals to ensure low starting pressure, preventing stick-slip, creeping, or jerking during operation. The four tie rods are evenly preloaded to maintain structural stability. Even under high-frequency reciprocating motion, the end cap seals remain secure. Mounting options include front flange, rear flange, center trunnion, foot mounting, and rear clevis. Unlike single-acting cylinders, this double acting tie rod hydraulic cylinder does not rely on external force or a return spring for retraction.
