Stainless Steel Tie Rod Cylinder

Our stainless steel tie rod cylinder is manufactured using 304 or 316L stainless steel for all key components, including the cylinder tube, end caps, and piston rod. It provides excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for wet and mildly corrosive environments such as food processing, marine equipment, pharmaceutical machinery, and water treatment systems.

Rated pressure ranges from 10 to 16 MPa, with custom options up to 21 MPa. Bore sizes range from 25 mm to 200 mm, and maximum stroke length is up to 2000 mm. The piston rod features a precision polished surface, with optional nickel or hard chrome plating to ensure low friction and stable operation.

The cylinder is assembled using four stainless steel tie rods, securely connecting the front cap, rear cap, and cylinder tube. The structure is simple, robust, and easy to disassemble for cleaning and maintenance, making it suitable for hygiene-sensitive applications and GMP-compliant environments.

Seal options include hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane and FKM materials, which are suitable for frequent washing and chemical exposure. Available mounting types include front flange, rear flange, clevis, and foot mounting.

This stainless steel tie rod cylinder is widely used in seafood processing lifting platforms, pharmaceutical tablet presses, and outdoor radar tilt systems, where corrosion resistance and long service life are critical.
