Quick Connection – No Rusted Threads
Our welded clevis hydraulic cylinder features a U-shaped fork joint (U-clevis) at the rod end. The clevis connects to the machine using a pin and allows small angular movement during operation.
The clevis and rod are either integrally forged or welded, followed by heat treatment to ensure high strength. The tensile strength reaches ≥850 MPa.
The rated pressure ranges from 16 to 25 MPa, with bore sizes from 63 to 320 mm. The maximum stroke can reach up to 5000 mm.
The clevis opening width and pin hole diameter can be customized according to your pin specifications.
Self-Lubricating Options – Quiet and Low Maintenance
We offer self-lubricating copper sleeves or spherical bearings for smoother operation and reduced wear.
Compared with threaded connections, this design allows faster assembly and disassembly while eliminating issues caused by rusted or seized threads.
Typical applications include loader steering cylinders, agricultural machinery hitch cylinders, and baler press cylinders.
This welded clevis hydraulic cylinder improves operational efficiency and reliability. A dust cover can be added to protect the pin from sand, mud, and other contaminants.
