Chief Welded Hydraulic Cylinders

Our chief welded hydraulic cylinders are standard heavy-duty welded cylinders produced in mass volume. The series includes CD/CG models and their variants. These products have been widely tested in the market over many years.

The rated pressure ranges from 16 to 25 MPa, with bore sizes from 50 to 400 mm and stroke lengths from 300 to 6000 mm. This covers the most commonly used specifications in construction machinery.

The cylinder barrel and end caps are welded in a single pass using automatic welding equipment, ensuring uniform weld quality. All welds undergo crack testing with a 100% inspection pass rate, ensuring high reliability.

These chief welded hydraulic cylinders are highly stable and dependable in demanding applications.

The piston rod is first treated by induction hardening, reaching a surface hardness of HRC52–58, and then finished with hard chrome plating for improved wear resistance.

This significantly extends service life under heavy-duty working conditions.

The sealing system uses imported polyurethane main seals, buffer seals, and double dust rings. It operates reliably in temperatures from -30°C to 100°C, and performs well in muddy and water-exposed environments.

Standard mounting types include clevis, flange, and trunnion connections.

Typical applications include dump truck lifting systems, garbage compactors, excavator attachments, and port cranes.

Some sizes are available in stock for fast delivery.

We maintain stock for selected standard sizes to support fast shipment. Optional configurations include built-in position sensors and external hydraulic locking devices.

We have supplied products to companies such as CIMC. Their tanker trucks and mixer trucks equipped with our cylinders have been exported to markets including Mexico.

Our factory covers over 2,000 m² and operates with a team of 10 skilled workers. Every product is fully inspected before packaging.
