Heavy Equipment Hydraulic Systems

Our heavy equipment hydraulic systems are designed for mining machinery, large presses, shield tunneling machines, and heavy-duty cranes. These machines operate under extreme conditions and require powerful and reliable hydraulic performance.

Power ranges from 2.2kW to 315kW. Maximum pressure reaches 35 MPa, with flow rates from 5 L/min to 800 L/min. Tank capacity can reach up to 2000L. This heavy equipment hydraulic system uses piston pumps and accumulators to effectively handle shock loads and rapid dynamic movements.

The system uses large-flow cartridge valves with a response time of less than 50 milliseconds, ensuring extremely fast operation. Dual-pump configurations are available; if one pump fails, the backup pump continues operating to prevent system shutdown.

Forced water cooling is used for efficient heat dissipation. High-precision filtration (≤10 μm) ensures clean oil and stable system performance. This heavy equipment hydraulic system operates reliably in environments ranging from -20°C to 60°C.

Optional configurations include explosion-proof components and remote IoT monitoring. Control systems support PLC and industrial Ethernet communication. We also provide system simulation and energy efficiency analysis reports.
