12v Hydraulic Pump

The 12V hydraulic pump is a DC gear pump designed for lightweight and compact mobile equipment. It has a displacement range of 1.0 to 6.0 cc and a rated pressure up to 17.5 MPa. The product features a low starting torque and a wide speed range. It delivers stable flow output from 800 to 3000 RPM. This makes the product suitable for various small to medium power applications. Its lightweight design is ideal for vehicle-mounted tools, small agricultural implements, and mobile robots.

We equipped the 12V hydraulic pump with high-temperature materials and reinforced bearings. This ensures reliable operation under frequent starts and stops. The pump body flow path is optimized to reduce fluid noise and pressure pulsation. This improves overall running smoothness. Every product undergoes a full inspection on a hydraulic test bench before leaving our factory. This includes pressure build-up tests, internal leakage checks, and durability validation.
