Small Hydraulic Power Unit

The small hydraulic power unit is a compact system that sits between mini power packs and standard hydraulic stations. It maximizes output while minimizing overall dimensions. This product integrates a motor, gear pump, valve block, reservoir, and electrical controls into one module. It delivers a maximum pressure of 21 MPa and a flow range of 3 to 10 L/min. The product meets the multi-action hydraulic needs of small to medium equipment. It reduces installation and commissioning time by about 60% compared to split systems.

We use our own cartridge valve block technology in the small hydraulic power unit. This integrates multiple valve functions into a single block. It reduces piping connections and potential leak points. The reservoir includes baffles and a return line filter. This design promotes better heat dissipation and fluid cleanliness. The product enjoys a longer fluid and pump life as a result. We complete all manufacturing and assembly in our Wuhu factory. Each unit undergoes full system testing on the test bench before shipping.
