Metallurgical Hydraulic Systems

Our metallurgical hydraulic systems are designed for continuous heavy-duty operation. Steel production lines cannot afford downtime, and this system is built to meet that demand. Power ranges from 2.2kW to 315kW. The maximum pressure reaches 31.5 MPa, and the maximum flow is up to 800 L/min.

We offer dual-pump configurations or duty/standby setups. If one pump fails, the backup pump automatically takes over. This metallurgical hydraulic system ensures continuous operation and minimizes downtime for maintenance.

The valve block uses cartridge valves or sandwich valves, reducing piping by more than 50% compared to traditional designs. Fewer pipes mean fewer potential leak points and easier maintenance.

Tank capacity ranges from 40L to 2000L. The system is equipped with return filters, level sensors, and temperature monitoring. Optional components include oil coolers or heaters. This metallurgical hydraulic system operates reliably within a temperature range of -20°C to 60°C.

This system is suitable for steel rolling mill AGC systems, continuous casting equipment, scrap shears, and forging presses. Control options include PLC systems, touch screens, and industrial IoT integration. We offer both fixed installations and mobile hydraulic carts.

We have supplied systems to Baosteel and Xinxing Ductile Iron. Our factory has 7 years of experience and a 2,000㎡ workshop. Each unit is thoroughly tested before delivery. The metallurgical hydraulic system includes a 12-month warranty and lifetime technical support.
