Our servo hydraulic system uses a permanent magnet synchronous servo motor. The pump can be either an internal gear pump or a piston pump. Power ranges from 0.75kW up to 200kW. The maximum pressure reaches 35 MPa, and the maximum flow is 400 L/min.
This servo hydraulic system adopts a closed-loop control system, enabling simultaneous control of pressure and flow. Positioning accuracy reaches ±0.01 mm, which is significantly higher than that of conventional hydraulic cylinders. It can reduce energy consumption by 40% to 60%, while generating less heat and lowering operating costs.
Easy Integration – Compatible with Various Machines
The system features built-in communication interfaces such as CANopen, EtherCAT, and Profinet, allowing easy integration with your control system. It supports analog control signals of ±10V or 4–20 mA. Protection levels of IP54 or IP55 are available.
This servo hydraulic system is suitable for injection molding machines, die casting machines, metal forming equipment, and wind turbine pitch control systems. Optional components include accumulators, pressure sensors, and proportional valves.

We have supplied hydraulic systems for China's high-speed rail projects. Proportional control systems have also been used in Bombardier rail production lines in Qingdao. Wheel presses, bearing presses, and other key equipment operate using our hydraulic solutions.
