Hydraulic Oil Chiller Unit

Our hydraulic oil chiller unit is available in both stand-alone and built-in configurations. It is suitable for servo systems, explosion-proof systems, and industrial hydraulic production lines. Excessive oil temperature reduces system performance and service life.

Cooling capacity ranges from 5 kW to 150 kW, with flow rates from 20 L/min to 400 L/min. The working pressure is below 1.6 MPa. This hydraulic oil chiller unit offers two cooling methods: air cooling and water cooling. Explosion-proof air-cooled models are available. Water-cooled options use plate or shell-and-tube heat exchangers. The temperature difference between inlet and outlet is controlled within 8°C.

A temperature controller and bypass valve are integrated into the system. The temperature setting range is +10°C to 60°C. When the oil temperature exceeds the set value, the hydraulic oil chiller unit starts automatically.

Protection ratings of IP44 or IP54 are available. The power supply is 380V / 50Hz. This unit is designed for continuous operation in high-load systems such as die casting machines, injection molding machines, steel rolling mills, and centralized hydraulic cooling stations, where heat generation is significant.

Each unit undergoes pressure testing and leak testing before shipment. Optional functions include online oil temperature monitoring, flow monitoring, and IoT alarm systems, allowing real-time equipment status monitoring from your office.
