Explosion-proof Hydraulic System

Our explosion-proof hydraulic system is rated Ex db eb ib mb IIB T4 Gb, with optional configurations such as IIC or T5. The motor, solenoid valves, sensors, and junction box are all certified according to national explosion-proof standards.

Power ranges from 1.5kW to 160kW. Available pressure levels include 16 MPa, 21 MPa, and 25 MPa, with flow rates from 2 L/min to 300 L/min. Protection ratings of IP55 or IP65 are available. This explosion-proof hydraulic system is equipped with a flameproof motor, and the control circuit is designed to be intrinsically safe.

The system includes a pressure relief block, with optional features such as automatic high-temperature shutdown, leak monitoring, and pressure locking.

This explosion-proof hydraulic system is widely used in oil drilling platforms, coal mining supports, chemical reactors, painting facilities, and powder pressing equipment. Additional options include intrinsically safe relays, safety barriers, and remote I/O control. The control cabinet can also be customized in stainless steel with an explosion-proof design.
