Our hydraulic diverter block is designed to change the flow direction of hydraulic actuators efficiently and smoothly under high-flow conditions.
The structure is available in spool type or rotary type configurations. Common center positions include O, H, Y, and M types.
Nominal port sizes range from 10 mm to 32 mm. Maximum flow capacity reaches 250 L/min, with a maximum working pressure of 31.5 MPa.
For pilot-operated versions, shifting time is as fast as ≤0.05 seconds. Internal leakage is controlled within ≤5 mL/min.
The valve body is made from high-strength cast iron or steel. The spool surface is coated with a 0.02 mm hard chrome layer to improve wear resistance and extend service life.
This hydraulic diverter block supports stackable installation, and stack valve configurations comply with ISO 4401 standards.
