Simple and Reliable Design – Low Shock Operation
Our hydraulic spool valve block uses a precision cylindrical spool that slides within the valve body to switch hydraulic flow paths. It features a standard three-position, four-way configuration.
The detent mechanism can be selected as either a steel ball type or a spring return type, depending on application requirements.
Nominal working pressure is 35 MPa. Port sizes range from 6 mm to 16 mm. Maximum flow capacity is 80 L/min.
Internal leakage is controlled within ≤10 mL/min at 70% of rated pressure. The spool clearance is tightly controlled between 0.003 mm and 0.008 mm.
The spool is manufactured from 20CrMo steel, carburized and hardened, with a surface hardness of HRC 58–62.
Although this valve does not provide proportional control, it delivers very stable switching performance with low hydraulic shock during operation.
High Contamination Resistance – Suitable for Harsh Oil Conditions
This hydraulic spool valve block is widely used in machine tools and construction machinery for switching and locking hydraulic circuits.
Compared with solenoid valve blocks, it offers stronger resistance to contaminated oil and unstable working environments. It can operate under oil cleanliness levels up to NAS 12.
The valve can be actuated manually or through pilot oil control, providing flexible integration in different hydraulic systems.
