System Pressure Limiting – Reliable Protection for Hydraulic Equipment
Our hydraulic relief valve block is designed to limit maximum system pressure and protect hydraulic components from overload conditions.
The structure is available in both pilot-operated and direct-acting types.
For the pilot-operated type, the pressure adjustment range is 0.5 to 31.5 MPa. Nominal port sizes range from 6 mm to 30 mm, with a maximum relief flow capacity of up to 300 L/min.
Pressure overshoot is controlled within ≤8%, and the opening-closing pressure difference is kept under 0.6 MPa. The pilot spool diameter ranges from 4 to 6 mm, while the main spool diameter is 16 to 28 mm.
Control port pressure fluctuation is maintained within ±0.2 MPa, ensuring stable and precise pressure regulation. This hydraulic relief valve block provides reliable protection for high-pressure hydraulic systems.
Direct-Acting Type – Fast Response for Small Flow Systems
The direct-acting type is suitable for low-flow applications, with a flow capacity of up to 50 L/min.
It offers a fast response time of approximately 10 ms, making it ideal for compact hydraulic systems and fixed-displacement pump circuits requiring constant pressure control.
This hydraulic relief valve block is commonly used as a safety valve to prevent system overloads.
Compared with electro-hydraulic solutions, it operates purely through mechanical-hydraulic feedback, ensuring high reliability and stable performance.
Noise during full relief operation is below 90 dB(A).
The set pressure can be adjusted manually using a hand wheel. An optional vent function is also available for unloading control.
