Welded Body Servo Actuator

Our welded body servo actuator is designed for heavy-duty precision control applications. It combines the high strength and shock resistance of welded hydraulic cylinders with the precision of servo closed-loop control systems.

The cylinder barrel and end caps feature a fully welded structure, making it suitable for construction machinery and mining equipment operating under high vibration and heavy load conditions.

A high-precision, shock-resistant magnetostrictive position sensor and a pressure sensor are integrated into the system, enabling closed-loop control of both position and force.

The rated pressure ranges from 16 to 28 MPa, with customization available up to 31.5 MPa. Bore sizes range from 63 to 320 mm, and the maximum stroke can reach 6000 mm.

This welded body servo actuator provides repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.15 mm.

While the positioning accuracy is slightly lower than that of servo tie-rod cylinders due to higher load conditions, it still significantly outperforms standard hydraulic cylinders.

The piston rod can be optionally coated with a ceramic layer, which provides excellent resistance to scratches, impact wear, and harsh working environments.

The sealing system consists of heavy-duty dust rings, polyurethane main seals, and buffer seals, ensuring reliable operation in mud, dust, and abrasive conditions.

Typical applications include intelligent excavator position control systems, hydraulic vibration control for rollers, and mining drill feed systems.

Explosion-proof certification is available upon request for hazardous environments.
