Easy Maintenance – High Precision Control
Our servo tie-rod cylinder combines the advantages of traditional tie-rod cylinders and servo hydraulic cylinders. Tie-rod structures are easy to disassemble and maintain on site, while servo systems provide high-precision closed-loop control.
The cylinder body uses a four tie-rod construction, allowing convenient on-site disassembly for seal replacement and maintenance.
At the same time, a high-precision position sensor is integrated either internally or externally. Available options include magnetostrictive sensors or glass scale systems.
When combined with a servo valve, the system enables closed-loop control with high accuracy and stability.
The rated pressure ranges from 16 to 21 MPa, with bore sizes from 40 to 250 mm and a maximum stroke of 2500 mm.
This servo tie-rod cylinder achieves repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.1 mm.
Low Friction – Fast Response, No Delay
The sealing system uses low-friction seal sets to ensure smooth motion and fast dynamic response without delay.
Mounting dimensions follow ISO standards, allowing direct replacement of standard tie-rod cylinders for performance upgrades without modifying the machine structure.
Typical applications include CNC servo pressing systems, automated production line positioning equipment, and steel mill thickness control systems.
Compared with welded servo cylinders, the tie-rod structure offers easier maintenance, especially in applications requiring frequent seal replacement or servicing.
