High Precision – Closed-Loop Control
Our servo press cylinder is designed for high-precision closed-loop control applications and can be fully customized according to your requirements.
It can be equipped with a high-precision built-in position sensor. You may choose a magnetostrictive sensor with ±0.05 mm accuracy or a glass scale system with ±0.005 mm accuracy.
When combined with a servo valve or high-frequency proportional valve, the system enables closed-loop control of position, speed, and force with high responsiveness and stability.
The bore size ranges from 40 to 200 mm. Working pressure is 16 to 28 MPa. Stroke is customized according to application requirements, with a maximum of 3000 mm.
This servo press cylinder provides extremely precise motion control.
Low Friction – No Stick-Slip Performance
The piston rod uses low-friction sealing systems, including Glyd rings and guide bands. The starting pressure is below 0.1 MPa, ensuring smooth motion without stick-slip (creep) behavior.
We can integrate sensor output signals to match your control system. Supported interfaces include analog, SSI, CANopen, and Profinet.
Mounting configurations are available for both internal and external sensor installations.
This servo press cylinder is widely used in fatigue testing machines, dynamic pressing systems, and material testing equipment.
Optional configurations include explosion-proof housings for hazardous environments and high-temperature sensors for extreme operating conditions.
