Extreme Heat Resistance – Designed for Steel Mills and Heavy Industry
Our high-temperature hydraulic hose is designed for fluid transfer under extreme heat conditions. The inner tube is made of FKM or HNBR rubber, providing excellent resistance to thermal aging, hot oil, steam, and high-temperature gases.
The hose maintains stable performance in continuous operation from -20°C to +180°C, with short-term peak resistance up to 200°C.
Inner diameters range from 6 mm to 51 mm. Maximum working pressure is 35 MPa, with a minimum burst pressure of 140 MPa.
The outer cover is made of a specially formulated heat-resistant synthetic rubber, enhanced with UV-resistant additives to extend service life in outdoor high-temperature environments.
Double Steel Wire Reinforcement – Low Expansion Under Heat
The hose is reinforced with double layers of high-strength steel wire braid. The braid angle is optimized to minimize expansion and deformation under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
It is widely used in steel mills, die-casting machines, asphalt equipment, and engine oil systems.
Compared with standard hydraulic hoses, the volume change after heat aging is controlled within 10%, while adhesion strength remains above 90%.
This high-temperature hydraulic hose complies with ISO 18752 standards and is designed for long service life in extreme thermal environments.
