General-Purpose High-Pressure Hose – Excellent Value Performance
Our steel braided hydraulic hose is a general-purpose, high-performance hydraulic hose designed for a wide range of industrial applications.
The reinforcement layer uses high-strength carbon steel wire (such as 82B steel) with precision braiding technology, typically in one or two layers. The inner tube is made of oil-resistant NBR rubber, while the outer cover is available in black or blue wear-resistant synthetic rubber.
The steel wire diameter ranges from 0.2 mm to 0.8 mm. The braid angle is 54°44′, which provides optimal force balance and minimizes expansion under pressure.
Inner diameters range from 4 mm to 51 mm. For single-layer reinforcement, the maximum working pressure is 25 MPa. For double-layer reinforcement, the maximum working pressure can reach 60 MPa.
Burst pressure is at least 4 times the working pressure.
Flexible Design – Cost-Effective Alternative to Spiral Hoses
Operating temperature range is -40°C to +100°C, with special compounds allowing up to 125°C.
The minimum bend radius is approximately 5 to 6 times the outer diameter, making it suitable for medium dynamic applications.
The hose achieves a pulse life of over 400,000 cycles under SAE 100R2 test conditions.
The outer cover provides excellent resistance to ozone, weathering, and UV exposure. Fire-resistant versions are also available upon request.
Compared with spiral hydraulic hoses, steel braided hoses offer greater flexibility and lower cost. Compared with stainless steel braided hoses, they are more suitable for standard hydraulic systems where corrosion resistance is not the primary requirement.

All fittings are crimped using optimized compression parameters developed through finite element analysis, ensuring secure sealing and preventing leakage under high pressure.
Each product is supplied with a factory pressure test report. The system safety factor is 4:1.
