High Temperature Hydraulic Hose

Our high-temperature hydraulic hose uses EPDM or CSM rubber as the inner tube material, providing excellent resistance to heat, oxidation, and aging in hot oil systems.

The reinforcement layer consists of one or two layers of high-tensile steel wire braid, depending on the pressure rating. The outer cover is made of heat-resistant and ozone-resistant synthetic rubber, designed to maintain durability under long-term thermal exposure.

This structure prevents hardening, cracking, or performance degradation in high-temperature environments.

Operating temperature range is -30°C to +160°C, with short-term peaks up to 175°C.

Inner diameters range from 6 mm to 50 mm. Working pressure ranges from 20 MPa to 45 MPa depending on reinforcement layers. Burst pressure is at least 4 times the working pressure.

The outer layer provides additional flame resistance, with an oxygen index of ≥28%, ensuring improved safety in demanding environments.

After 72 hours of aging at 150°C, performance changes remain within controlled limits:

• Tensile strength variation: within ±15%
• Elongation variation: within ±25%

This hose is widely used in injection molding machines, hot press systems, asphalt paving equipment, and geothermal applications.

Compared with FKM-based hoses, this solution offers a more cost-effective option while delivering improved water resistance performance in many industrial applications.

This high-temperature hydraulic hose complies with EN 853 2SN standards. It has passed pulse testing of 300,000 cycles at 150°C.

Markings use high-temperature resistant color coding, ensuring long-term legibility without fading or peeling.
