Our mobile hydraulic hose is engineered for machinery that experiences frequent movement, dragging, and rolling, such as excavators, cranes, mobile power stations, and self-propelled aerial work platforms.
The hose is reinforced with high-strength steel wire in two interlocked layers, providing excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance under dynamic working conditions.
The inner tube is made of high-elasticity NBR rubber. The outer cover uses a wear-resistant compound with nano-filler reinforcement, offering strong resistance to abrasion, cutting, and oil exposure.
Inner diameters range from 8 mm to 63 mm. Maximum working pressure is 40 MPa. The minimum bend radius is 4.5 times the outer diameter, allowing stable performance under repeated movement and bending.
Extreme Wear Resistance – Stable Under Harsh Field Conditions
The hose has passed rigorous wear testing. After 5,000 cycles of dragging on gravel surfaces, no steel wire exposure was observed.
Operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.
The outer cover features spiral or colored stripe markings, improving visibility during machine movement and operation.
The steel braid density is ≥90%, ensuring dimensional stability under high dynamic pressure conditions.
This mobile hydraulic hose complies with ISO 6945 wear resistance standards, with wear volume loss below 50 mm³.
Optimized for Mobile Systems – Longer Service Life in Dynamic Use
Both ends can be fitted with 90° or 45° elbow connectors, effectively reducing stress concentration during movement and extending service life.
The hose also provides anti-static performance, with surface resistance below 10⁶ Ω, making it suitable for flammable or hazardous environments.
Compared with standard hydraulic hoses, service life in mobile applications can be extended by up to 40%.
Standard packaging includes 50 m or 100 m rolls, making transportation, storage, and installation more convenient for field operations.
