International standard ISO 6020-1 specifies the rated pressure and test methods for hydraulic cylinders. Key performance parameters include:
Rated pressure: Typically 16-35 MPa, high-pressure types can reach 70 MPa;
Stroke accuracy: Standard cylinders have an error of ±1 mm, high-precision types can reach ±0.1 mm;
Lifespan: Standard type designed for over 5 million cycles, heavy-duty type up to 20 million cycles.
Oil cleanliness: Hydraulic oil needs to be changed and filtered regularly to prevent particulate wear on seals;
Temperature control: Avoid oil temperature exceeding 80℃, otherwise it will accelerate oil oxidation and seal aging;
Rust prevention: When not in use for a long period, apply rust-preventive oil and seal the oil ports to prevent internal corrosion.
