Versatile Flexible Connection for Hydraulic Systems

 

The steel wire braided hose is one of the most widely used flexible connection products in hydraulic systems. It uses a high-strength steel wire braid reinforcement layer with one, two, or four braid options. This product has an inner diameter range of 6mm to 51mm and a working pressure range of 8 to 42 MPa. The inner tube uses quality nitrile rubber for excellent oil resistance and low-temperature flexibility. The outer cover uses ozone-resistant, weather-resistant synthetic rubber for long outdoor and industrial use.

Our steel wire braided hose is produced to SAE 100R series and EN 853 standards. The one-wire braid type handles 13 to 22.4 MPa for medium-low pressure systems. The two-wire braid type handles 21.5 to 35 MPa for high-pressure systems. The four-wire braid type handles up to 42 MPa for ultra-high pressure and strong pulse applications. Each batch of product undergoes pulse testing, static pressure testing, and bend testing before shipment. Our hoses are widely used across construction, metallurgy, agriculture, and industrial power units.
