The high temperature hydraulic hose is a flexible connection product for hydraulic systems in hot environments. It uses a high-temperature nitrile rubber inner tube and special synthetic rubber outer cover. This product has a continuous operating temperature range of -40°C to +135°C. It can handle peak temperatures of +150°C for short periods. The reinforcement layer uses a two-wire braid construction with a working pressure of 21.5 to 35 MPa. This product maintains good sealing and aging resistance even at elevated temperatures.

The inner tube of our high temperature hydraulic hose is compatible with mineral oils, synthetic ester-based oils, and water-based emulsions. The outer cover resists ozone, weathering, and thermal aging. This product does not crack or harden even with long-term heat exposure. Each batch undergoes sampling inspection per SAE 100R2AT standards for pressure, pulse, and heat aging performance. Our product has served foundry production lines and equipment exported to India, Indonesia, and Kazakhstan.
