The heat resistant hydraulic hose is a special hose product for thermal radiation and high-temperature systems. It maintains stable performance from -40°C to +135°C. This product uses a heat-resistant nitrile rubber inner tube and a special heat-resistant synthetic rubber outer cover. It resists hardening, cracking, and aging even with heat exposure. The product is ideal for foundries, hot rolling lines, and engine compartments with strong heat radiation. The two-wire braid reinforcement provides a working pressure of 21.5 to 35 MPa.

Our heat resistant hydraulic hose features controlled adhesion between the rubber layers and reinforcement. This prevents delamination and blistering during thermal cycling. The outer cover offers excellent ozone and weather resistance. It maintains a long service life even under outdoor sun exposure. Each batch of heat resistant hydraulic hose undergoes heat aging and pulse testing before shipment. Our hoses have been used on foundry production lines and equipment exported to India, Indonesia, and Kazakhstan.
